What are you responsible for?

I’m responsible for ensuring my team offer an excellent service to our partners, perform well and, most importantly, are enjoying their job. I am a great believer in making a job fun so I always try to offer incentives like dress-downs and paid company lunches to motivate my team.

Partners are important members of the Love Energy Savings family, and as the team manager, I need to ensure that every one of them feels valued and taken care of.

What do you LOVE about working at Love Energy Savings?

For me, it’s the people at Love Energy Savings which make my day. I love my team, and being able to spend time with them day-in-day-out is such a joy. Some of them have been with me from the very beginning of my Love Energy Savings journey, and others have joined as the company grew. They all play a vital role and make sure all new members are welcomed warmly on their first day. We’re just one big family.

Tell us about your career journey since starting at Love Energy Savings

I joined Love Energy savings on the Directory team – overseeing operations and supervising in the manager’s absence. From there I moved to the Pre-Live Team, where I was responsible for making sure our customers experienced a smooth and hassle-free switching process. Now as the Partner Team Manager, I really feel I have found my niche, helping other business provide equally fantastic customer service.

When not working, what can you be found doing?

I think it’s really important to have a life outside of work and my friends and family always come first. So it’s spending time with them and creating memories, that fills my evenings and weekends.
