My days are very varied but they are always geared towards ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This ranges from dealing with customer queries, analysing performance rates, writing reports, working closely with partners and external stakeholders, holding regular team meetings and supporting my team where required.
About you and your team…
What are you responsible for?
My team manage a sale from the moment the customer agrees a contract to the point it goes live. After a sale has been completed the Pre-Live team are responsible to ensuring all the important boxes are ticked. This includes quality checking and processing the sale, obtaining letters of authority so we can ensure the switch is successful and liaising with suppliers.
My team are tasked with dealing with all the hassle of switching so our customers don’t have to, they can just enjoy the savings.

Tell us about your career journey since starting at Love Energy Savings
I’ve always worked in a customer service environment, but this job presented me with a new challenge and the opportunity to work in a completely new industry. I started off as a member of the Pre-Live Team, processing new sales, and was promoted to Manager in 2014.
Top Tip: Work, hard, be dedicated and you will reap the benefits.
When not working, what can you be found doing?
I am just as busy outside of work as I am in work! I love going out for meals, spending time with my sister, seeing my nephews and socialising with friends. I am also an avid gym-goer; I love being active.
