As a large user, the prospect of switching your gas tariff may be quite a daunting task, especially if you rely on it to fuel your business’s day-to-day activities. At Love Energy Savings, we want to take all the hassle out of switching and work with you to find you a cheaper deal.

1) Allow us to work on your behalf
At Love Energy Savings we won’t begin any negotiation process without your explicit consent, which can be given via a Letter of Authority (LOA). This is the only part of the quoting process which really requires any input from you, the customer.
You should expect to sign an LOA when working with any reputable Third Party Intermediary, as it’s a key piece of paperwork when it comes to switching your gas tariff. It’s a recognised legal document which allows us find cheaper deals for your business gas on your behalf resulting in a quick, easy and efficient process.
All you have to do is read and sign the LOA, confirming that you agree for us to negotiate quotes and contact your incumbent supplier to access any details about your usage and meter we may need, as well as confirming details on the national database.
The LOA is there to protect you, legally stating that we will never purchase energy on your behalf without written or verbal consent to the contract you have selected.

2) We’ll compare the market
Now the LOA has been signed, very little is required of you during the next step because we do all the hard work for you. We’ll first contact your current supplier to get the information we require to gather quotes and confirm your gas meter details on the national database.
We will then set about contacting all the suppliers we work with to find you a cheaper gas tariff. Due to our great relationship with suppliers and our respectable standing in the industry, we are in the best possible position to negotiate on your behalf.

3) You pick the best deal
Even at this stage, we do everything we can to make choosing your next tariff as easy as possible. After we have gathered the prices for you we will compile an easy-to-understand presentation document which will list all the tariff options in a league table format, ranked by total annual cost. The document will contain all the details of unit rate, standing charge and any day/night/weekend rates you may require, plus any details of any direct debit discount that may be available.
All you have to do is look at the table of options and agree to a follow-up phone call where one of our specialist larger energy user experts will talk you through the various pros and cons of each tariff, helping you to come to an informed and satisfactory choice. We’ll happily answer any questions you may have and give our recommendations based on our wealth of experience in the energy market, discussing contract length options with you and talk you through any concerns you may have about the switch; we want you to feel fully comfortable and in control of YOUR decision.
Once you’ve selected your chosen tariff, and the relevant paperwork has been signed, it will take around three weeks for the process to be completed, depending on the suppliers involved. If you have any issues during the switching process you can always ring us for advice and help as we can contact the suppliers in question, resolving any problems quickly and simply so you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the savings.
