What is Chinese New Year All About?

The Chinese New Year, also known as the “Spring Festival”, is the most important day in the Chinese calendar. It’s a festival surrounded by myths and legends that have evolved over centuries.

When Is Chinese New Year 2017?

This year Chinese New Year falls on the 28th January and welcomes in the year of the Rooster. The Chinese Zodiac works on a 12-year cycle, meaning the last year of the Rooster was 2005.
