New jobs available as Love Energy Savings launches recruitment drive.

December saw a recruitment plan put in place, and a drive to take on over 40 new staff.

Managing Director, Phil Foster, devised a recruitment strategy to drive 40 new staff members into the business energy comparison market by the end of January 2012. New staff have taken their roles and appear to be jumping from one success to the next.

The company has recently gone through a major revamp of the brand and corporate identity are embarking on a major expansion. Love Energy Savings aim to double their head count in the next 6-12 months and are also researching new office premises in order to accommodate the new employees.

“More and more businesses are moving away from town and city centres towards retail parks or bigger city offices that’s why we want to do the exact opposite. Recently Love Energy Savings has recruited a further 70 local people to meet our stage one growth plans in our new Bolton based offices and our second stage is just around the corner. Our strength in employee development means that we look for talent rather than experience and this opens doors for people who normally don’t get a chance.
Our sales academy means that we invest in training very early in a person’s career and help shape them into true industry experts, learning the right way to put customers first. It’s a great time to join Love Energy Savings and be part of one of the areas fastest growing businesses. Our growth plans mean that we want to expand beyond 300 staff over the next 12 months presenting future career progression for all in many areas of the business not just sales.”
