£50.00 Electronic Bank Transfer - Telco Promotion T&C’s
- The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Period: The Promotion Period will commence on 12.00AM(GMT) on 15/09/2022 and will close 11.59PM(GMT) on 31/10/2022.
Promoter: Promotion organized, managed, and funded by Love Energy Savings.com Limited
Promotion: £50.00 payable to each business, to be paid one calendar month after the start date of the All-in-One Contract.
Promotion: For each site address with a Daisy Communications Ltd. All-in-One Contract (which is a Valid Contract) entered in to by the customer within the Promotion Period via Love Energy Savings, where the contract goes Live, Love Energy Savings will pay the business £50.00.
All-in-One Contract: A business telecoms 36-month contract with Daisy Communications, which must include Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC), Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) or Single Order Generic Ethernet Access, subject to availability of Fibre at the site address; which must be entered into within the Promotion Period via Love Energy Savings.
Valid Contract: A contract which has been entered into with appropriate authority, signed verbally or via DocuSign within the Promotion Period via Love Energy Savings, which has been processed and accepted by Daisy Communications, which includes the passing of applicable credit check and relevant compliance checks. Daisy Communications reserve the right to decline contracts.
Live: This references the date the All-In-One Contract starts and becomes active, along with when all relevant services and products included within the All-In-One Contract are installed and available to use.
Participants: All business customers who enter into an All-in-One Contract, that is deemed a Valid Contract, with Daisy Communications via Love Energy Savings within the Promotion Period, which subsequently goes Live, will receive £50.00.

Promoter
- Love Energy Savings.com Limited’s office address is Unit 1 Springfield Court, Summerfield Road, Bolton, BL3 2NT (Company number: 06322305).
Promotion Period
- The Promotion will be open during the Promotion Period. Contracts entered into outside the Promotion Period will not be deemed valid entries.
Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, Participants must be a business located in the Territory, with a business energy meter, and the person who agrees the All-in-One Contract must be 18 or over and also have the authority to agree energy contracts on behalf of the business they represent. The All-in-One Contract also must meet the criteria of a Valid Contract.
Promotion and payment
- The Promotion is a £50.00 payment from Love Energy Savings via electronic transfer to the eligible business’ bank accounts within 45 days after your All-In-One Contract goes Live and upon the customer sending an invoice (whichever is later) with their business’s bank details for £50.00 to [email protected].
- Love Energy Savings reserves the right to provide a similar substitute of equal or greater value to the Promotion.
- The Promotion is awarded to the business, not the individual customer who agrees the contract on behalf of the business.
- The Promotion is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Privacy and Data Protection
- When receiving a quote from or agreeing any contract via Love Energy Savings, Love Energy Savings are Data Controller for the purposes of data protection legislation. Any personal data submitted by the Participant shall be processed in accordance with Love Energy Savings’ Privacy Policy https://www.loveenergysavings.com/.
Any personal data collected from the Participant by Love Energy Savings in relation to an All-in-One Contract, will be shared with Daisy Communications in line with the above Privacy Policy (which covers the type of personal data collected and the lawful basis of processing). This personal data will also be processed by Daisy Communications in line with their own Privacy Policy, which can be located on their website.
General
- Love Energy Savings reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time before the end of the Promotional Period.
- Love Energy Savings reserves the right to refuse to award the Promotion to anyone not acting in good faith.
- Love Energy Savings reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions.
- Love Energy Savings will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures including but not limited to the Website; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond Love Energy Savings’ control; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Love Energy Savings, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Participants or accept any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation) or death or personal injury caused as a result of Love Energy Savings’ negligence. The Participants statutory rights are not affected.
- The Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.
- The Promotion is governed by English law and the Participants shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
EDF £5,000 Prize Draw Promotion T&C’s
- The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Period: The Promotion Period will commence on 12.00AM(GMT) on 04/04/2022 and will close 11.59PM(GMT) on 31/05/2022.
Promoter: Competition organized, managed, and funded by Love Energy Savings
Prize: £5,000.00 payable to the winning business, to be paid upon the later of the start date of the contract and EDF compatible smart meter installation (if eligible)
Promotion: Each address with a Signed Contract within the Promotion Period via Love Energy Savings.com Limited, which is deemed a Valid Contract on or before 30/06/2022, will equate to one entry by the Participant and will be automatically entered into the prize draw. If more than one contract per address is agreed, this will equate to one entry. From the entries, one winner will be selected at random by Love Energy Savings for their business to receive £5,000.00, to be paid upon the later of the start date of the contract and EDF compatible smart meter installation (if eligible).
Signed Contract: A business energy contract with EDF Energy which must be entered into with appropriate authority, signed verbally or via DocuSign within the Promotion Period via Love Energy Savings.com Limited.
Valid Contract: A Signed Contract which has been processed and accepted by EDF Energy on or before 30/06/2022, which includes the passing of applicable credit check and relevant compliance checks. EDF Energy reserve the right to decline contracts.
Participants: All business energy SME customers who have a Signed Contract with EDF Energy within the Promotion Period, which can be confirmed as a Valid Contract, their business will be eligible for the Promotion.

Promoter

Promotion Period
- The Promotion will be open during the Promotion Period. Sales signed outside the Promotion Period will not be deemed valid entries.
Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, Participants must be a business located in the Territory, with a business energy meter, and the person who agrees the Signed Contract must be 18 or over and also have the authority to agree energy contracts on behalf of the business they represent. The Signed Contract also must meet the criteria of a Valid Contract.
Selection process
- On 01/08/2022, Love Energy Savings will randomly select a Signed Contract, which is also a Valid Contract. The prize was awarded on 04/08 but the winner chose not to be named.
Notification Process
- Before 07/08/2022, the winning business will be notified by Love Energy Savings by email or telephone using details held by Love Energy Savings.
- If the winning business does not respond (either via telephone or email) within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected and notified in accordance with the Selection Process and Notification Process.
- If the winning business’s energy contract does not go live and/or they do not have an EDF compatible smart meter installed even though they are able to, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected and notified in accordance with the Selection Process and Notification Process.
- The winner’s business name will be updated within the terms and conditions on our website (alongside the terms and conditions for this promotion). If the Prize is forfeited in line with the above, the name of the winner will be updated once a new one is selected.
Prize and payment
- The Prize on offer is £5,000.00 payment from Love Energy Savings via electronic transfer to the winning business’s bank account within 60 days after receipt of invoice. The winning business will need to invoice Love Energy Savings for £5,000.00.
- Payment of the Prize will be made on the later of (i) the contract start date and (ii) the installation of an EDF compatible smart meter, upon receipt of an invoice from the winner. The only exception to this is where for part (ii) EDF Energy verify during the appointment process that the winning business cannot in fact have an EDF compatible smart meter installed in which case the Prize would be payable on the contract start date. If these two events occur before the selection and notification process is complete, the prize will become payable, and the winner may invoice Love Energy at any time following notification of the win.
- Love Energy Savings reserves the right to provide a similar substitute of equal or greater value to the Prize.
- The Prize is awarded to the business, not the individual customer who agrees the contract on behalf of the business.
- The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Privacy and Data Protection
- By entering the competition, you are agreeing for Love Energy Savings to publish your business name within the terms and conditions on the website, if your business is chosen as the winner of the Promotion. If you wish to opt-out of this, please contact us using the details found within our Privacy Policy on our website - https://www.loveenergysavings.com/.
- When receiving a quote from or agreeing any contract via Love Energy Savings, Love Energy Savings are Data Controller for the purposes of data protection legislation. Any personal data submitted by the Participant shall be processed in accordance with Love Energy Savings’ Privacy Policy https://www.loveenergysavings.com/.
- Any personal data collected from the Participant by Love Energy Savings in relation to a Signed Contract, will be shared with EDF in line with the above Privacy Policy (which covers the type of personal data collected and the lawful basis of processing). This personal data will also be processed by EDF Energy in line with their own Privacy Policy, which can be located on their website.
- Love Energy Savings will also use personal data provided as part of your Signed Contract in relation to the promotion. Specifically, your meter information and business details to randomly select the winner and contact details (i.e., name and email or phone number) to contact you if you are chosen as the winner of the Promotion.
General
- Love Energy Savings reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time before the end of the Promotional Period.
- Love Energy Savings reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone not acting in good faith.

Service Fees & Charges - How We Get Paid
Love Energy Savings receive a commission directly from the supplier when an energy contract procured via us goes live; it pays for our service, including comparison, switch management, customer service and account management. The commission earned by Love Energy Savings balances the cost to provide these services, in line with providing good customer outcomes and retaining our standing within the market in order to continue to provide customers with competitive deals for their business. By agreeing to use our service, you are agreeing for Love Energy Savings to receive commission for our service.
The commission is included within your unit cost of energy usage by way of a small uplift; therefore, the cost of Love Energy Savings’ service is included within the cost of the energy contract you agree with your chosen supplier. You are not required to make any direct payment to Love Energy Savings.
As an example, we may secure an electricity unit rate of 15.5 pence per KwH (kilowatt hour) to which we may apply an uplift of 0.7 pence, so the contracted price would be 16.2 pence per KwH. The calculation for our commission is therefore uplift multiplied by annual energy consumption and multiplied by the contract term. Whilst different for every contract, our commission is generally just a few percent of the cost of the total energy contract and typically under 1.2 pence of the unit rate.
Due to the way we are remunerated we only offer business energy prices from the suppliers who are live on our panel. Because our commissions are based on future usage they are forecast amounts. If you would like to find out the commission we expect to receive from your contract please email [email protected].
Some suppliers may make additional payments to us, e.g. a nominal payment per meter sold successfully to that supplier; however, these payments do not impact the impartiality of the comparison service provided.
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Love Energy Savings Promotion. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. By participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. RENEWALS CAMPAIGN:
- Relevant Promotional Periods:
- Renewal Period: This is the promotional period, for when the promotion is available to Qualifying Customers for them to agree their ‘subsequent contract renewal’ where the previous relevant contract agreed via the Promoter is due to end within the 6 months (in line with clause 3). Opens 00:01 GMT Monday 5th June 2023 and closes 23:59 GMT Friday 4th August 2023.
- Claim Period: Qualifying Customers will be emailed by the Promoter (once their ‘subsequent contract renewal’ has been validated) a unique code to access to the promotional website loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk. All unique codes (which can be used to obtain voucher codes for the Reward) will expire 30th September 2023.
- Reward Period: Each Qualifying Customer will receive a maximum of 1 reward email. Qualifying Customers’ will be emailed by the Promoter within 7 working days of their claim being validated (in line with clause 8).
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to businesses located in the UK, with a business energy meter. This promotion is only available for the first 600 Qualifying Customers that meet the Eligibility criteria, who have received direct marketing from the Promoter about this promotion during the Renewal Period. Specifically, email marketing campaign and/or a discussion with a sales agent during the Renewal Period which has targeted that customer as being potentially eligible for the promotion.
The customer who agrees the ‘subsequent renewal’ on behalf of the Qualifying Customer must be:
- 18 or over;
- a UK resident; and
- and have the authority to agree energy contracts on behalf of the business they represent.
The promotion is not open to employees, immediate families or agents of:
- the Promoter;
- the Promoter’s subsidiaries; or
- other group companies.
The promotion also is not open to anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
To be eligible to claim, Qualifying Customers must have:
- registered their claim on the promotional website using their unique entry code loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk in line with ‘How to Participate’ below;
- a current valid email address; and
- appropriate internet access to allow them to register and claim the Promotion.
- Qualifying Customers: The business must have agreed a new fixed term contract for their business energy via the Promoter within the Renewal Period, where the business’s prior fixed term contract for the same meter must have been agreed via the Promoter; these requirements together are known as a ‘subsequent contract renewal’. The contract for the ‘subsequent contract renewal’ must have been submitted to the relevant supplier for processing, after passing the Promoter’s internal quality checks within the Renewal Period. Qualifying Customers must also meet all Eligibility criteria set out above in clause 2. Eligibility criteria includes, but is not limited to, the promotion being limited to only the first 600 Qualifying Customers that have received direct marketing about the promotion.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- Customers who make a claim on someone else’s behalf may be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- The promotion is restricted to one claim per meter for each Qualifying Customer.
- The Reward: A valid promotion claim entitles the Qualifying Customer during the Reward Period to a total of:
- 2 x voucher codes for standard Adult or Child Vue Cinema tickets (see clause 33); and
- 2 x voucher codes for Caffé Nero hot drinks to the value of £3.50 (see clause 34).
During the Claim Period, Qualifying Customers will receive access to www.loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk and a unique entry code. Using this unique code, the Qualifying Customers can claim voucher codes for 2 x standard Adult (or Child Vue Cinema tickets) and 2 x Caffé Nero hot drinks to the value of £3.50. The total claim is for 4 rewards across the Reward Period.
- How to participate:
- To participate, Qualifying Customers must renew their energy contract via the Promoter (see clause 3) within the Renewal Period. This promotion is only for the first 600 validated claims only from Qualifying Customers. For claims to be validated, the Promoter will check the customer meets the Qualifying Customer criteria in clause 3. Once a claim is validated by the Promoter, customers will be able to participate in the promotion. Following on from this, within 7 working days of validating a claim, the Promoter will email the Qualifying Customer a unique entry code and access to the promotional website loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk in line with the Reward Period.
- Qualifying Customers must visit loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk, enter their unique entry code and register their full name and email address.
- Customer must provide the below information:
- Full name
- Current valid email address
- Unique Entry code
- During the Reward Period, customers will be able to claim their 4 Rewards (defined in clause 7) up to 30th September 2023.
NEW REGISTRATION CAMPAIGN:
- Relevant Promotional Periods:
- Sale Promotional Period: This is the promotional period, for when the promotion is available to Qualifying Customers when they agree a ‘new contract’ via the Promoter (in line with clause 11). Opens 00:01 GMT Monday 5th June 2023 and closes 23:59 GMT Tuesday 4th July 2023.
- Claim Period: Qualifying Customers will be emailed by the Promoter (once their ‘new contract’ has been validated) a unique code to access to the promotional website loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk. All unique codes (which can be used to obtain voucher codes for the Reward) will expire 30th September 2023.
- Reward Period: Each Qualifying Customer will receive a maximum of 1 reward email. Qualifying Customers’ will be emailed by the Promoter within 7 working days of their claim being validated (in line with clause 16).
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to businesses located in the UK, with a business energy meter. This promotion is only available for the first 800 Qualifying Customers that meet the Eligibility criteria, who have received direct marketing from the Promoter about this promotion during the Sale Promotional Period. Specifically, email marketing campaign and/or a discussion with a sales agent during the contract Period which has targeted that customer as being potentially eligible for the promotion.
The customer who agrees the ‘new contract’ on behalf of the Qualifying Customer must be:
- 18 or over;
- a UK resident; and
- and have the authority to agree energy contracts on behalf of the business they represent.
The promotion is not open to employees, immediate families or agents of:
- the Promoter;
- the Promoter’s subsidiaries; or
- other group companies.
The promotion also is not open to anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

The ‘new contract’ for the first-time customer must have been submitted to the relevant supplier for processing, after passing the Promoter’s internal quality checks within the Sale Promotional Period. Qualifying Customers must also meet all Eligibility criteria set out above in clause 12. Eligibility criteria includes, but is not limited to, the promotion being limited to only the first 800 Qualifying Customers that have received direct marketing about the promotion.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

- How to participate:
- To participate, Qualifying Customers must sign up for a first-time their energy contract with the Promoter (see clause 11) within the Promotional Period. This promotion is only for the first 800 validated claims only from Qualifying Customers. For claims to be validated, the Promoter will check the customer meets the Qualifying Customer criteria in clause 11. Once a claim is validated by the Promoter, customers will be able to participate in the promotion. Following on from this, within 7 working days of validating a claim, the Promoter will email the Qualifying Customer a unique entry code and access to the promotional website loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk in line with the Reward Period.
- Qualifying Customers must visit loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk, enter their unique entry code and register their full name and email address.
- Customer must provide the below information:

- Current valid email address
- Unique Entry code
- During the Reward Period, customers will be able to claim their 4 Rewards (defined in clause 15) up to 30th September 2023.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK SURVEY CAMPAIGN:
- Relevant Promotional Periods:
- Promotional Period: This is the promotional period, for when the promotion is available to Qualifying Customers that complete the Customer Feedback survey sent by the Promoter (in line with clause 19). Opens 00:01 GMT Monday 5th June 2023 and closes 23:59 GMT Tuesday 4th July 2023.
- Claim Period: Qualifying Customers will be emailed by the Promoter (once their survey completion has been received by the Promoter) a unique code to access the promotional website loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk. All unique codes (which can be used to obtain voucher codes for the Reward) will expire 30th September 2023.
- Reward Period: Each Qualifying Customer will receive a maximum of 1 reward email. Qualifying Customers’ will be emailed by the Promoter within 7 working days of their claim being validated (in line with clause 24).

- How to participate:
- To participate, Qualifying Customers must complete the survey sent by the Promoter within the Promotional Period. This promotion is only for the first 100 validated claims only from Qualifying Customers. For claims to be validated, the Promoter will check the customer meets the Qualifying Customer criteria in clause 19. Once a claim is validated by the Promoter, customers will be able to participate in the promotion. Following on from this, within 7 working days of validating a claim, the Promoter will email the Qualifying Customer a unique entry code and access to the promotional website loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk in line with the Reward Period.

FIRST TIME RENEWAL CAMPAIGN
- Relevant Promotional Periods:
- Renewal Period: This is the promotional period, for when the promotion is available to Qualifying Customers for them to agree their ‘first-time contract renewal’ (in line with clause 3). Opens 00:01 GMT Thursday 2nd Qualifying Customers will be emailed by the Promoter each month a unique entry code and access to the promotional website loveenergysavingsrewards.co.uk. All unique codes (which can be used to obtain voucher codes for the Reward) will expire 3 months from receipt.
- Reward Period: Each Qualifying Customer will receive a maximum of 3 reward emails. Qualifying Customers’ 1st month’s reward will be emailed to them by the Promoter within 2 working days of their claim being validated (in line with clause 8). The 2nd month’s rewards will be emailed by the Promoter to Qualifying Customers on 15th April 2023. The 3rd month’s rewards will be emailed by the Promoter to Qualifying Customers on 15th May 2023.
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to businesses located in the UK, with a business energy meter. Specifically, email marketing campaign and/or a discussion with a sales agent during the Renewal Period which has targeted that customer as being potentially eligible for the promotion.
The customer who agrees the first-time contract renewal on behalf of the Qualifying Customer must be:

- No cash or other alternative Reward will be provided in whole or in part. Except, in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar Reward of equal or greater value.
- It is the responsibility of each Qualifying Customer to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion and claiming their Reward. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects claim of their reward.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims (including but not limited to) asking for proof of purchase and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the Reward or withdraw the Reward entitlement. Also, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the claimant where there are reasonable grounds to believe:

- a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating; or
- a participant has claimed using fraudulent means.
- All claims must be made by the Qualifying Customers themselves. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted.
- Claims will be disqualified and will not be counted, if they are made by:
- macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and;
- claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full.
- If it becomes apparent that a claimant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition, their claims will be disqualified and any Rewards claimed will be void. Examples of such computer use are:
- the use of ‘script;
- ‘brute force’;
- masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses;
- using identities other than their own; or
- any other automated means to increase the number of claims into the promotion.
- The Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to investigate and undertake all such action, to protect themselves against fraudulent or invalid claims. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to reject those claims which they consider, in their absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
- Any additional costs which may be incurred in this promotion in the context of participation (such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for Reward fulfilment), are not included and must be paid by customers separately.
- Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you:
- are not a Qualifying Customer;
- do not meet the Eligibility criteria;
- have not claimed your Reward using the unique entry code within the allotted deadline;
- have not used your Reward voucher code within the allotted deadline following the conditions specified;
- have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions, and corresponding activity as determined by the Promoter or the Administrator in their sole discretion;
- have failed to fulfil any participation requirements; or
- are not within the first 900 contract renewals.
- Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Administrator (nor any of their associated companies), will be responsible or liable to compensate claimants or accept any liability. This is in relation to any personal loss, expense, or damage in connection with this promotion. This includes losses, expenses of damages due to accepting or using the Reward.
- The exception to this, is any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud. In which case, liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- Neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Reward and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion. This can be at any stage, (but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to claimants to avoid undue disappointment). This may occur:
- in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter;
- fraud;
- abuse;
- an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion; and/or
- an error affects or could affect the proper awarding of Rewards (only where circumstances make this unavoidable).
- If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks, and is not liable for any problems associated with them. For example, if issues occur due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control. Including (but not limited to) user error and any failures which may restrict, delay, or prevent a claimant’s participation in the promotion arising from:
- network;
- computer;
- hardware; or
- software failures of any kind.

- The Promoter (Data Controller) and Administrator (Data Processor) take the privacy of individuals extremely seriously. The Promoter will use personal data (i.e., meter, customer full name, date of birth, address, bank details and contact details) to facilitate Qualifying Customers agreeing their business energy contract. The Promoter will also share personal data (i.e., customer full name and email address) with the Administrator, to allow them to administrate the promotion. The Administrator will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose.
- The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling the Reward. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by TLC Marketing will only be used for the validation of claims and for the fulfilment with your consent. It will not be used for marketing purposes. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Data will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and will be stored for up to 3 months from the end of the Reward Period, after which it will be deleted.
